Focused products for specific workforce compliance challenges.
Every business in our portfolio is designed around a defined customer problem, a real operational workflow and clear boundaries of responsibility.
Right to Work Service
A Workplace Compliance Co business
Right to Work Service helps employers, agencies and workforce operators manage right-to-work workflows and maintain structured evidence records.
It is designed around the practical steps organisations need to manage: engaging workers, selecting the appropriate route, completing required employer actions, maintaining records and monitoring follow-up activity.
The service supports prescribed workflows and evidence management. It does not provide legal advice or guarantee a statutory excuse.
Decision Assurance
The evidence layer for automated decisions
Section 80 of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 replaced Article 22 of the UK GDPR with Articles 22A–22D from 5 February 2026, moving the law from a general ban on significant automated decisions to a permission-with-safeguards model. Businesses that already screen a CV, price a loan, triage a claim or assess a tenancy application automatically now carry a live legal duty to document transparency, meaningful human review and a right to contest — with the regulator’s own finished rulebook not expected before 2027.
Decision Assurance turns that duty into a structured assessment. It classifies each automated decision against Article 22A, risk-scores it against the ICO’s published criteria, documents the human-oversight safeguard Article 22C requires, and issues a branded, audit-ready report.
Initial focus spans recruitment and HR technology, consumer credit and lending, insurance, housing and tenant referencing, HealthTech, education, the public sector and employee monitoring — the sectors the ICO and FCA have identified as carrying the clearest risk. Decision Assurance supports compliance documentation; it does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee a regulatory outcome.

What makes a problem worth a dedicated business.
Real legal or evidential stakes
A specific piece of legislation, regulator expectation or contractual obligation, where getting it wrong has consequences beyond inconvenience.
A defined operational workflow
A process real teams already run, however manually, that software can make more consistent, better evidenced and easier to defend.
Room for a focused product
A problem specific enough that a dedicated product, proposition and team can serve it better than a general-purpose platform bolting on a feature.
